Eno Edet- Partner at Primum Law
Eno graduated in 2010 from the Faculty of Law, at the prestigious University of Calabar with a Bachelor of Laws, (LLB) Hons. Degree. She also holds a Barrister at Law, (BL) from the Nigerian Law School. She has undertaken the Professional Foundation Course on Dispute Resolution and is a trained Chartered Mediator and Conciliator.
Eno has enjoyed a high level of success, recognition and responsibility, working closely with an experienced team to deliver professional legal services to a multitude of individuals, diverse Companies and Government agencies.
Before going into full time law practice, Eno was Acting Head of Training at the Institute of Workforce Development, Jabi, Abuja between November, 2011 and December, 2013, where she carried out capacity building trainings and systematic audit procedures for Public Sector Parastatals including the Petroluem Equalization Fund and Federal Ministry of Works and Petroluem Technology Development Fund ( PTDF). She brings this experience to bear as head of the Human Resource Department of Primum Law.
As a private Legal Practitioner, Eno has handled cases in all the superior courts of record in Nigeria, sits on the Board of two Companies and acts as external counsel and solicitor to various corporate bodies.
She has achieved sufficient experience in many areas of interest to wit; Corporate Law practice, Litigation, Alternative Dispute Resolution, Property Law practice, Employment law, Systematic Audits and Capacity Building.
Eno is a former Secretary of the Calabar branch of the Nigerian Bar Association and a member of various professional bodies and institutes, including; Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) and Institute of Chartered Mediators and Conciliators.
