Miller Lawrence Ojong- Associate at Primum Law

He holds an LLB and B.L from the University of Calabar and the Nigerian Law School. He has keen interest and institutional exposure in corporate practice, commercial law and real estate.

As an expert in corporate compliance, he has assisted several companies in both Pre and Post incorporation filings and processes, making sure their operations comply with the various regulatory frameworks. He is an integral part of the Firm’s Corporate Governance Department.
